Consumers’ right of withdrawal
As a general rule, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal in distance sales. Statutory exceptions, such as goods that may deteriorate quickly or expire, and goods whose protective seals have been opened after delivery and which are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, are assessed separately. The fact that a product is food does not by itself mean that the same exception applies to every product.
Damaged or incorrect products
Your statutory rights concerning defective goods remain unaffected. Please report the issue with the product and order details. Photographs can help our review but are not a prerequisite for exercising your statutory rights.
